No not me personally. But I have seen a lot of people in my family hit rock bottom. Its not a pretty picture.

Rock bottom ... as it implies, is a strong and stable foundation on which to build. We've obviously made the mistakes to be down there in the first place, so we have knowledge. Where we went wrong and how to avoid the pitfalls the next time.

you never really know if its rock bottom or not, sometimes you think it is then things can get worse. i guess you never really know until you're on your deathbed and look back at the low points in your life.
