If so what is the reasoning behind it. My answer was barred when i answered a similiar question.

I like the negative 5 points because it encourages people who ask questions to answer them as well!

As long as you are not insulting, or being mean I don't think there should be a penalty, we are having fun on this site and there are more and more things it seems like you have to be careful of asking, or answering. =)

no, i don't but they have a lot of stupid rules you have to go by and no one can actually figure out what they are. even when you go the the rules site.
