If you caught your husband kissing another woman making out as you said.. I'd say he's probably done more then that and how do you know its not the first time?

Most people often say adultery is when there is sex with someone other then ones spouse, but I'd also go as far to say any form of sexual contact where ones sexual interest is towards another then ones spouse be it phone/internet sex etc would qualify.

the Bible considers adultery even when a man or female looks at another in a lustful way even without any touching or sex so it all depends on how much one believes in God and the holy book. Happy Holidays

Whether the act went all the way or not, kissing is a form of cheating. If this "guy" of yours falls out of love with you, be happy and move on. He was unfaithful to you by making out with someone else. You should be upset and not worried if HE will leave you. Get a backbone and do it first. Leave him and move on.

hello...well first of all we know adultery is when a man or woman cheats on each other....the bible calls that sin (exodus 20) remember relationships and marriges are based on TRUST....lust promotes adultry every man has an issue with lust no man is perfect but a man is suppose to respect his self with self controll around other women...if your husband is fooling around with other women like playing with them and getting close to them that can lead to adultery...so it is your job as a wife to confront your husband and ask him would he commit adultery on you...if he gets mad then that means he his guilty of somthing remember this in true marrige husband and wife have nothing to hide from each other....

hmmm.. if he was making out with the gal .. then more than likely it lead to sex.. and that might be enough if you have photo evidence to prove it.. to lend suspicion.. the question is do you want to ruin his military career? you ought to just go about it a different way!

You can say it was "intent" to commit adultery. I mean, that's pretty close.
