Link please. That's not what US News & World Report reported. I'd like to know who's correct!

Edit: I just went to a couple of sites to find out what they said about Presidential candidate IQs. As they said Joe Biden was smart, however, he does not have the highest IQ of the Presidential hopefuls. There were 2 candidates whose IQs were considerablly higher than all the other candidates. There are several different links about this. I typed in IQs of Presidential candidates on Web Search and found several links like I said. Some were just guesses on the IQs, but one actually had them listed. By the way, Bush Jr's is 129 which is one of the lowest for any President. In my time, the top 3 Presidents with the highest IQs were John F. Kennedy, Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. And yes, I said Jimmy Carter. His IQ was 157. Bill Clinton's was 159. And JFK's was over 160. Out of the present candidates running, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton had the highest IQ's. Both were in the 150s.

"You take a shotgun. And you make two blasts."

"Is that off your back porch, Joe...In a populated area?"

"Well, yeah."

"And so you could possibly hit a girl walking her dog nearby, or fire through your neighbors window?"

"Umm..."

"And Joe, did you know a guy in the Northwest did actually take your advice when there were criminals by his house...And was arrested by local police?"

"No, I didn't know that. Are you sure that happened?"

"Yes, it did happen. Your local Washington Post carried it. I think the assumption was that as a lawyer, as the second most powerful person in the administration, that this advice you were giving...was, um, legal, and would not result in the follower's arrest by local authorities."

-- I don't care what the numbers say...Joe is a dim bulb, if not one of the dimmer ones. Lowest practical intelligence of any politician in Washington...not the guy you ever want with the nuclear football I think.
