Your boy ron wants to do away with the IRS, but he doesn't have a plan to replace the tax income the country would lose. This transcript of NBC's Meet the Press from December 23, 2007 proves it:

MR. RUSSERT: But, but you eliminate the income tax, do you know how much lost revenue that would be?

REP. PAUL: A lot. But...

MR. RUSSERT: Over a trillion dollars.

REP. PAUL: That's good.

MR. RUSSERT: Would you replace the income tax with anything else?

REP. PAUL: Not if I could help it.

MR. RUSSERT: But if you had a flat tax, 30 percent consumption tax, that would be very, very punishing to the poor and middle class.

REP. PAUL: Well, I know. That's why I don't want it.

MR. RUSSERT: So you have nothing?

REP. PAUL: I want to cut spending. I want to get a--use the Constitution as our guide, and you wouldn't need the income tax.

Ron "I'm not very bright" Paul also believes that we should Iran has no plans against Israel; yet Israel wants us to bomb Iran for them; he believes that Abraham Lincoln had no good reason to fight the US Civil War; He believes in term limits but has served in the House for 18 years, and when asked why he has never stepped down, says he has never supported a voluntary term limit. He also inserts earmarks into the federal budget, but then votes AGAINST the budget so he can say that he has never voted for a congressional earmark.

My source is the transcript from Sunday's Meet the Press, and it is linked in the source box below. Read it for yourself, and you'll understand that Ron Paul is a liar.

the fair tax has to many flaws to work. I personally would like to see something like it , but not in the form the republicans are proposing. Taxing bread and not taxing stocks is stupid. taxing stocks at 25% is impractical so there you are it won't work. The idea of taxing and then giving it back every month doesn't make much sense ether. Maybe Ron Paul will be able to come up with a better plan.

Ron Paul wanted to have a lenient immigration entity in order that the government will be humane to the illegals.

We all want the IRS gone. It is an easy thing to say during the campaign, and everyone will love the idea. It will, of course, never happen and he knows it. It is just more warm odoriferous gas.
