Its not the only absurd question this guy has posted; Heres my reply to his assertion that the Iraqis owe the US for the cost of the oil wars;

Errr excuse me friend but the money for Bush Co's little oil wars is coming from American taxpayers and billions more gets redirected to Cheneys reconstruction buddies in Halliburtons, Blackwater, KBR and others!!! not to mention being used to militarize the US police departments, and create more beureacratic pig trough feed outs to the department of homeland defense. Those trillions of dollars injected into the oil wars are tax dollars, American taxpayers dollars.....now youre trying to say someone owes the US for the hostile invasions they committed against Afghanistan and Iraq?
Youre no economist my friend, what you need to do is realize that Americans have been led by the nose and hoodwinked into invading oil rich countries, using guidelines straight out of Joseph Goebbels book of fascist methodology and propaganda tactics. If Americans are too damned stupid to see Cheney, Bush , the military industrial complex and big oil making out like bandits with their tax dollars, then they only have themselves to friggin blame. Nope, we paid it all back, but only just recently (last 5 years-ish).

Besides it was a monetary loan - does the bank own you? Do you have to salute your bank manager? Can they come into your house any time they like because you have a mortgage with them?

Wow, you are very, very ignorant. The lend/lease we gave them in exchange for 100 year leases on naval bases on islands. They repaid us in valuable land, airspace, and naval positions. Anyway, why would we want to own England? Isn't having the US enough?
