28-10 Patriots sounds about right. Enough to break the TD catches and completions for Brady and Moss and the overall points total for the team. Look for Matt Guttierez to start the second half at quarterback. The Giants have to play in a week. The Patriots have 2 weeks in which to stay sharp, so their starters will play some.

The Giants have nothing to play for, they can't move up in the playoffs and they can't be eliminated. Caughlin would be a fool to play his starters.

The Pats on the other hand have records to break, they will play.

I'll go with 31-10 Pats
