they simply had the better songs. Songs that remain classics. But the Crue is great too.

Who cares how Axl Rose looks now? Its not like we are talking about N'Sync or the Backstreet Boys.
He still is a great performer and knows how to put a show. He is an awesome singer and songwriter, also a good frontman. Guns N' Roses had one of the best american guitar players, Slash.
The new GNR is also good, nothing compares to the old band, but they can still make us rock and fall in love with the music all over again.

I never did like Motely Crue much and I think Tommy Lee is drastically overrated as a Drummer. Just because You can twirl a drumstick and spin in midair while playing drums..it doesn't mean You have the talent of Neal Peart or John Bonham

Definitely Motley Crue! I like some G n' R, but Axel is really creepy looking now with all the plastic surgery he has been getting! They look like Prima Donna's now.
