Earlier this week. Read more than 300 pages (the whole book) in a day. ^_~ It was a novel someone gave me about labyrinths. Over the last three months I've read two novels (Kiss of the Spider Woman by Manuel Puig, and House of Sand and Fog by... someone else *chuckles* I also read three textbooks, and have just begun reading 1 science book, and 2 MLK books over the break while studying Spanish lessons. ^_~ Each day I look for fanfiction to read, I read news articles and stuff on Gender Theory.
...Yeah, I kinda love to read. ^_~
Some of the stuff I read I post below

Two days ago and started another last night. I stopped reading anything but the newspaper and magazines for a few years until I remembered how satisfying a good book can be especially when you are bored.

I read books all the time! Not ones with a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered theme, but books all the same! Right now I'm half way through a big one (the bible as it happens), but I last finished a book about two weeks ago.

As a college teacher, I do surveys every semester. Most of my students report that they have never read a whole book. Never. It makes me sick; it explains a lot about why this country is so off the rails.

Today, I generally read through a book a day, thanks to the ability to speed-read a book in just a few hours, (and absorb it all too), though sometimes I do tend to sit down with a bit of Garfield, I do like the Forgotten Realm's series, or of course, a good old classic such as Dune.
I have a few thousand books of my own, and thourougly enjoy each and every one of them, (I even have some "odd" books, such as Shakespeare's "Hamlet" and "Much Ado About Nothing" translated into Klingon, which I am able to read fluently).
I love going into my "mini library" to relax, no chaos of modern life in there or anything, just a nice comfy sofa-bed, a table and chair, lamp, and a small mini-fridge with refreshments, and a small hi-fi to play some New World Music on quietly in the background.

A week ago I finished "Christian Wicca: The Trinitarian Tradition" by Nancy Chandler Pittman. It was a great book.
Now, I am starting "The Barbarian Conversion:From Paganism to Christianity" by Richard Fletcher. IT is HUGE. My pastor let me borrow it. It may take me months to finish.
