My grandmother is in hospital this Christmas, recovering from a hip replacement operation ~ no small thing at 99 years of age!

Thanks for your good wishes ~ I hope your loved one's Christmas is great and the New Year brings much health and happiness to you both :-)

Cheers :-)

Not this year, but, I will say a Prayer for your loved one. I know how hard it is when someone is confined to the Hospital during the Holidays. I hope, too, that it isn't real serious. That makes my heart sad for you and yours.
My Grandpa was in the Hospital about 3 years ago, and at the age of 98, was able to go home, up in Heaven. May He Rest in Peace. He is still missed.
It is always reassuring that there are Medical Staff during the Holidays, and that the Caregivers are able to provide TLC. I hope, too, that your loved one is able to get well real soon.
Take care, and God bless you and yours!
BY THE WAY, Y/A would be out of their mind to give you a violation over such a serious question.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES!

My Mom died Christmas Eve 6 years ago, My dad died the day after New Years 20 years ago. My grandfather and grandmother died around Thanksgiving 25 years ago. This is my reason for not looking forward to holidays. I wish the loved one you have in the hospital a speedy recovery. These things are in Gods hands. I'll make a prayer for you, Merry mas. Mr. Sawman and family.

I am so sorry to hear that. I hope they will be home soon. Merry Christmas. I hope that you don't get violations. I have been posting questions also in R&S and they are brutal over there. I had to come visit you guys in P&S for some relief. Thank you for letting me vent, I needed that.
