MISS KITTY RUMMAGED THROUGH HER PURSE FOR A LITTLE RED PILL THE MOMENT SHE SAW Matt walk in. This was her chance. Sunshine wasn't with him. She just might be able to win his heart back. "THERE'S THE MISTLETOE. HEE HAW, MATTBABY AND PUCKER UP!!," she exclaimed throwing her arms around him.

FESTUS SQUINTED HIS EYE AND DOWNED ANOTHER EGGNOG as he spied Sunshine step through the door. ALL HELL DONE BROKE LOOSE NOW, he though to himself.

"OH, DEAR. DEAR, DEAR," Sunshine smiled at Miss Kitty with a smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. "BEEN DIPPING INTO THE WHISKEY SOURS, HAVE WE, DARLING?," she added overly sweet. "Been waiting long, MattBaby?," she asked up at him without waiting for Miss Kitty's reply.

Matt smiled down at Sunshine as he unwound Miss Kitty's arms from around his neck. BABY.....I'VE WAITED ALL MY LIFE FOR YOU."

"I CAN'T SEEM TO CONTROL MYSELF AROUND YOU, MattBaby," she whispered as she tiptoed to press her lips against his.

"I'LL BE THE ONE OUT BACK THROWING UP!!," Miss Kitty retarted in a huff. "In case anyone is interested!," she added as she flounced off in a snit. "BETTER NOT MENTION THIS TO THE FOLKS AT CHURCH!," she snapped as she passed Festus. "They already have enough to gossip about!"

"No, Ma'am!," Festus returned as he reached for another eggnog.
