Until he apologizes and MEANS it. I have to feel it. So it could be hours, days or in some instances as long as a week. But when he owns up to what he did that got him there in the first place, all is forgiven.

You know, it's really fruitless to put a man in the dog house. First , it usually annoys the dog. Second, what's the point?
You're a guy..you screwed up...you either GET that you screwed up and apologize or you feel vindicated for some reason...or you just made a mistake.
Me getting my knickers all in a twist is going to change that...how?
Okay, I admit..I'm older. I have this much | | energy. I can either spend it being annoyed at you, or I can spend it more productive and enjoyable ways....gee...wonder which one I'll pick.......

My dog weighs all of about 8lbs--the husband does not fit. Believe me, I've tried.
