but its the color kind like special effects or manic panic
what will take it off my skin

Nail polish remover will work, but use with caution and moisturize afterwards. It can burn your skin, so don't use it if you're sensitive.

Beauty supply stores sell hair dye remover. This works the best but if you are in a pinch try hydrogen peroxide. Be careful not to get it on your hair.

I saw some stuff at Sally's that was made especially for removing dye from your skin.
