handlebar and fork tube diameters on a yamaha xs400?

i don't have a caliper handy, and i was wondering the diameters of the handlbar tube, (to replace w/ clubmans). and the the fork tube diameters (to add clip ons).

Jap bikes all used to have 7/8" handlebars (like yours) and Harleys 1". I sure some of the newer Jap cruisers have 1" now to get the look. I don't know for sure on the fork tube diameter, but I figure it's probably somewhere around 36mm.
