Eat fast food??? I mean do Mc Donalds,Burger King,ect actually qualify as food??? I'll go 2 aChinese restuarant if I'm out & Order a healty meal with seafood or vegetables & rice OR I'll eat a big bowl of cream of wheat 4 Breakfast then eat when I get home.I can't satand fast food.People in Asia & Europe find it appaling.

I'm with you. I may eat a quick burritto once or twice a yearbut cook at home and try to eat healthy.If i eat junk food, I get an upset stomach.
