I'd wish for people to understand English spelling and grammar.
Then I'd outlaw text speak on non text sites, like this one.
I assume you mean three wishes.

i'm really happy about the way my life is right know....
but... if i could have 3 wishes it would be very impossible things!.. like
go back to 1999... and try harder than we did :(!!... life would be SO different!!
or to 2001 (9-11)...
or that all the kids in the world had a home and a family!!!
it really depress me seeing kids in the street or sleeping in cardboard box...
i don't know!!... i don't know if it's better let life like it is right now... or trying to change it!!!...
