I have a friend on AIM that I've talked with since September. We talk at least once a week and we get along pretty well. Yet I have been noticing lately that I'm the one starting the conversations and doing most of the question asking. How can I get him to be the one to start the conversation, and what does it mean if he's allowing me to talk the most? Does it mean he doesn't want me chatting with him anymore? 'Cause IDK! I'm polite and all and we have some good laughs together.....but I just seem to always be the one to initiate the conversations on AIM nowadays.

OK well I've tried a few times going on AIM and and just doing other things to see if he'd come say hi because....I can clearly see he's online. But he's only said hello and started the conversation once.

girl you have to make them sweat everynow and then stop making it easy for him they will never make the first move if you beat them to it... he is not going to ever put hisself out there if he knows that either way she will hit me up... you have to make him wonder is she thinking about me and then when he can't take it anymore he will step his game up and if not then find a friend who can show interest but then again he may be shy but if you have been talking all this time and he hasn't done any type of action then move on

well just don't talk to your friend for several months to see if they miss u and to see if they start the conversation on AIM first and if they stilll dont then that means there not really a friend, and you should just start chattin with somebody else.

Tell him that you noticed that, and it's actually got you to thinking maybe he's not very interested in you and thinking that has gotten you down.
Remember, he can't see you on AIM and can't tell how you are feeling simply by seeing your expressions. You'll have to let him know straightforward.

Find a guy who is interested in YOU enough to ask about YOU. You're not a reporter or interviewer, who has to always ask the questions.
