They sell a ear washing kit at all pharmacies..Very inexpensive to use and works well..there are many brands of this on the market..just ask your pharmacy for a "ear wax removal kit"...This is not to be used constantly, for ear wax is essential and needed..but in this case...it seems you need a cxleaning here..
