OK so maybe not like brady but who in the nfl under 25 has the best chance at becoming elite.

and someone in college whos looking good i would say Sam Bradford

When Tom Brady was 25 he had won 2 superbowls, after being drafted number 199. Ben Roethlisberger is the only one that comes to mind, but of course he has a ways to go.

None - but Aaron Rodgers probably has the most Brady like potential ... not too many decent QBs under 25.

I like what I've seen from Jay Cutler and Matt Leinart so far. The rookies this year have not been starting, so I can't really judge them.

Romo is the closest thing, I believe he's 27 though...

I believe that Derek Anderson is pretty talented and has excellent blockers and great receivers like Braylon or Winslow.
