Yes, you can use two (even with ONE internet connection). If you want to create two networks do the following.
Set one up as the "main/prime" router. Connect the other to any of the lan ports on the main using ethernet - connect into the WAN port on the second router. Before connecting, Set the second unit to get a DHCP address from the first router on the WAN settings. Then set the LAN to a totally different IP range. On a linksys router the default output ranges for the LAN side is 192.168.1.x so use something like 192.168.10.x for the LAN range of the second router. Also be sure one is set on channel 11 and the other on channel 1 (Also set different SSID names! Don't leave them both saying linksys!) In use just connect to whichever is strongest signal when wireless or whichever is eastiest to get to on the ethernet side.
If you want to use it as an extension of the first, set it to use WDS (most linksys allow this) - if yours don't support WDS then either get an upgraded firmware or different routers that do support WDS (that is Wireless distribution) With WDS enabled and working both routers talk to each other wirelessly and just act as a single unit!
Merry Christmas and God Bless

You can, but I'm not sure why there would be a reason to. You'd need two separate internet connections, unless you're planning on using one for just an internal network type of setup for your computers to keep those off the internet. In order to do it, you'd just have to make sure that the two routers aren't using the same frequency. To set the frequency, you should be able to find an IP address in the manual for the router that you can type into your browser to get into the router's configuration. A little more information would help. It is definitely possible to use two routers at once as long as they're configured so that they won't conflict and that their networks are separated, but I don't really understand the need to do it.

Yes, but you need two different modems to create two different wireless connections.
Also, if your routers support it, you can set up WDS with the two routers to extend the range and have one network running on both routers.

2 routers on the same connection cause serious configuration problems and can interfere with each other or even stop your service. You can connect up to 20 machines, maybe slightly more on one wireless router. If you have a range problem, you need a wireless range extender located between the router and the furthest point you wish to cover.

yes you can, but if you use the same brand you will most lifely have to change the default ip address, and its probably best that you change the channel to a non-interfering channel for best range and coverage.
