Do your cousin have an eamil, if your cousin does, IM with your cousin. Or not, you can call to VietNam. I miss my cousin from VietNam too. But I always chatting with them. I open my webcam for them or tell them to send a picture to me. Just IM them or call them, alright? Good Luck!

This is so difficult, especially if you've recently emigrated. Try getting very busy with work or school, or volunteer work at a hospital, mission or church. Involve yourself with caring for other people's needs; this is a sure-fire way to help beat homesickness.
Write your family and your cousin to keep them involved in your new life here. If you can't mail a letter weekly, keep a diary. Photocopy the pages when you want to send them all a letter. And if you can, get an international phone card (about $20 at Sam's Club or Walmart) and talk to your family once every other month or so.

Maybe the thing is you need to think about them. I know it hurts to have loved ones somewhere else, but keeping them close in mind and heart doesn't make them feel so far away. Don't stop thinking about them, it will only make it worse. Remember as much as you can about them. Just relax, if you love them you don't want to block them out.

Why would you want to stop thinking about them? They probably miss you just as much. You need to learn how to cope with your problem, not ignore it. Talk to a professional. Or just try Yahoo Messenger.

Why would you want to stop thinking of your family? It's christmas! It's the time when one would want to think of family. Say a prayer for them and take a Valium.
