I tried to make this list off the top of my head, but you don't get usually extra points for doing things the hard way. Here's a link to a list of nursing programs in California: http://www.allnursingschools.com/find/CA/

Depends on what kind of nursing program you want to do. ASN two year? BSN 4 year? Career-change MSN? Doctorate?

The public schools (mostly CSUs, but there is graduate-level nursing at UCSF and UCLA) are the cheapest and actually have decent programs.
