Mackenna, Makenna, McKenna and so on
I want to know how many people have my little girls name. I see it every where but when I named her that I had never even heard it so how many people do you know that have it and who is the oldest person with this name.

I'm lucky enough not to know dozens of little girl Mc/Macks- (all meaning "son of" LOL), despite the overdone trend, but there are handfuls of them in every grade at my daughter's elementary school.
The oldest trendy McKenna -- or other Mc- name that ISN'T a valid family surname ... I do know a few adults given these as actual meaningful, rather than trendy masculine, choices -- I've personally come across was likely in her early teens. Makes sense, since McKenna first joined the most popular names list in 1991 and shot up to its current level of popularity within a mere five years (it's been in the top 250 or so since the mid-90s LOL).

Yes I know a little girl who is about 10 or 12 now with the name Makenna. I don't know exactly how they spell it though.

I used to work at a retail store in the suburbs and I used to hear parents calling for their kids while shopping, and I would hear that name all the time. That, along with Madison, Mckenzie, Jordan, Jaden etc. They were all young though, probably nobody over the age of 10.

I dont' know of anyone named Makenna, but I do know a couple of Makenzie's!
I personally find Makenna to be a very unique name, but it is very pretty!

I've know one McKenna in my life, but that was back in grade school! She would be my age now (12). That is the only person though. Hope this helps!

I know a lot of peoples originate from Africa name Makenna the meaning of this name is Happiness Makenna is name originated from Africa therefore you don't see a lot of peoples with that name in the us in Africa it a very popular name
