Not if it didn't upset her. I would ask her first and find out.
There are so many different shoes on the market to chose from so if it does bother her just get another style.
You should do all you can to keep from hurting a friend. Sometimes a good friend is hard to find.

You shouldn't stop there... you should get the same phone, and the same pants and shirts too, and maybe eat the same food as her, and try to imitate the way she talks. Girls love it when their bf is a clone of them. Sorry... too sassy?

The shoes, themselves, seem to be fine. It's just the fact that you both so happen to wear them that might seem strange to others. To me, however, I really wouldn't care. Comfort is comfort, right?
