i disagree it takes skill to and god givin ability to hit a 98 mph fastball a the same to throw one ..wht are yo guys opinions

just because u use roids dosent make u a better player. U have to have some talent to begin w/. Just look at all the guys being busted most of them or guys youve never heard of.

All things are never equal so the use of drugs is no going to make everyone the same, but it will help everyone to be better than they were. HGH taken with steroids will add muscle mass and help an athlete recuperate from muscle strain and injury quicker thereby giving him opportunity to pad his numbers. It will add a certain amount of strength and could turn a warning track hitter into a homerun hitter. If used properly it can help to prolong a career and add career numbers, and when we are talking about great players like Clemens and Bonds it can give them that little additional competitive edge that is not available to those not using them. That is why it is not a level playing field for those not using drugs and these guys want to perform well and feed their families just like those using drugs.

The "Steroid Era" I think is summed up nicely with a video-loop of Jose Canseco missing the flyball that bounced off his head and over the wall for a ground rule double. Lol

It would mean that MLB really doesn't test for drugs that well, and that they have no real passion for the game. The fans that come to see the game don't come to see men on steroids they come to see Baseball played by professional baseball players.
