Wow, you want to know a lot about Universal Studios. I live near there but have no idea about these measurements. By chance, can you go to their site and find these answers?

1. How big is the Jurassic River Adventure drop - 80 meters
longest and steepest water flume drop in usa, last I read.
2. How tall is the biggest drop on Hulk - 100 meters
3. Which one is more scary, ice or fire - Both are equally frightening, when you ride in the front row. in the back, they're not really scary, you just get whipped a lot. I believe the biggest drops are 95 meters.
4. How big is the revenge of the mummys drop - the biggest "drop" is 40 meters, but you don't really notice any drops. It's a fairly fast rides, but the visuals are cooler than the speed of the ride.

I just came back from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure yesterday. All the rides that you mentioned are fun and have good drops, but I have no idea how much they measure. They don't give that information out.
If I were to rank them from highest to lowest it would be
Hulk,
Dueling Dragons Ice then Fire,
Jurassic, &
Revenge of the Mummy.
