What i mean is you have a really light kinda brownish/redish color hair and you need to maybe die your hair a little darker brown. But thats just a suggestion. And that depends if you were getting darker blonde highlights or light blonde highlights.

I think you should totally get blonde highlights. I think blonde highlights would look good because it would make your brownish reddish hair stand out more. But it is really up to you if you think you would look good with blonde highlights. >.< :)

No. You have healthy looking hair, and it's really beautiful. Highlights will dry it out and distract people from how pretty your hair already is. Spend the money on new clothes or something instead.

No. I think blue eyes/dark hair is more stunning and rare. Keep it as it is. Maybe copper ones would look good, but not blonde, imo

definatlly!!!!!!!!You have beautiful hair and gorgous blue eyes. I recomend to dye you hair in light brown and then to highliht it to ivory blond. This is an amaizing mix that would look great on you...but dont do it alone...go ti a hairdresser...been there!!!
