how do i removed a stripped washer seat from a pipe. I already have a seat wrench and its not working.

Try multiple sizes of Allen wrenches until you have a good grip. First thing I would determine is if the faucet is worth this much work

They make a universal seat wrench that bevels to the correct size, give it a good wack before twisting.

use a hex [allen] wrench that will fit the hole, [ thats how there installed] replace the seat, get them at a hardware,

Use an easy-out or a large flatblade screwdriver.
