The Celebration Loaf from Whole Foods is really good. It just needs a little bit of mushroom gravy. If there are no Whole Foods by you, try Fresh Fields or Wild Oats.

Tofurky or a Veat turkey is always good. You could even still have stuffing, if you use vegetarian soup. Just have lots of veggies, and dessert. Happy Christmas!
