is this machine still powerful,and capable to handle newest games ,and applications,graphics...,or is outdated?please i need answer.because i just bought this laptop from ebay.

ATI Mobility 9000 is just slow integrated graphics. It supports outdated DX8.1 and Shader 1.4. Current games need at least DX9.0c and Shader 3.0. It will just be slow and miserable in most current games.
