Yes. I would just about everyone has had that feeling at least once.
For me it usually happens with Leo guys.
I'm a Scorpio-Sagittarius cusp with Sagittarius Rising. I have a lot of Sag influence so I'm guessing that's probably why... :)

I'm a Sagittarius and he is a Scorpio. It was an instant mutual strong attraction that has lasted almost 2 yrs. It brought us together and we're still very physically attracted to each other.

I have a strong attraction to Capricorns and it is funny because i am a Aries are not supposed to get along with them but i have amazing relationships and sex with them.
