I used to love listening to him, now whenever he comes on I switch the channel. He definately IS racist and I don't care one bit for his opinions. Many people donate to charities. Heck, I set up my own charity for cancer and though I can't afford to donate an ounce of what he has, doesn't mean others dont' do the same.

He may be pro some Canadian cities, But Canada is a big country. I'm an english living in french Canada and I cant stand the guy...trust me, he's racist!

Okay a new side of Don Cherry, but all the charity work in the world doesn't excuse someone from being prejudice. Thank God for the mute button.

'Very few are aware of his charity work'

I find that statement hard to believe since he uses it every single week while he's on the air and the numerous articles written about each year bring it up.

Bob.............Don is definitely not a racist. Pro-Canadian to the utmost extreme, but definitely not a racist.

I find him fun to listen to on Saturday nights. While I don't always agree what comes out of his mouth I respect him.

He is a racist bigot. For every good thing, there are two bad things.
