The quotes below are from Obama's book, "Dreams of My Father";
Although Obama spent various portions of his youth living with his white maternal grandfather and Indonesian stepfather, he vowed that he would "never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father’s image, the black man, son of Africa, that I’d packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela."
This is from "Audacity of Hope";
"There were enough of us on campus to constitute a tribe, and when it came to hanging out many of us chose to function like a tribe, staying close together, traveling in packs," he wrote. "It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names."
From "Dreams";
"The emotion between the races could never be pure,” “Even love was tarnished by the desire to find in the other some element that was missing in ourselves. Whether we sought out our demons or salvation, the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart."
"There was something about him that made me wary,” Obama wrote. "A little too sure of himself, maybe. And white"

Good question, however there have always been a certain "stigma" regarding black people or the more PC.... African Americans. As a people I give them the benfit of the doubt,...as in all citizens, I like to think each has an opportunity to either prove or disprove themselves to me. My bias against anyone isn't built on color or skin or political affiliations or any of the divisions of yesteryear, but on how they act, if they represent a willingness to obey the law, do the right thing, have courage and bravery within their heart. Not to say I out right hate the people that act like sheep, but I do lose respect for them
This having been said, and i'm not saying its a majority of the population either, but it is a bit concerning that slavery has ended a long tim ago yet there's pockets of people that still try and garnish some kind of sentiment that there's some sort of due "payback". This is ludicrous, each person has opportunity in America and you have to get up and seek it out. I use to see able bodied people on welfare back in the 80's....row upon row of cookie cutter house. Living off the Government...not because they needed help...but because they were unambitious, because they were lazy.
Time and time again i'll see in the paper or meet in the street someone playing the "race card" and that sickens me to no end. Most people I've discriminated against wasn't because they were black...but because they were an idiot.
We've even had reverse discrimination rampant. People get upset if you are white and use the "N" word...but they're own people say it everyday. One citizen made the news when he was arrested on a hate crime for using it during the apprehension of of confessed thef. But the news took it out of the context he actually used it in. Just to make it sound worse.
This political correctness and victomology stigma needs to end. Black people are no better than the rest of the USA, but..they aren't worse either. However there is enough of a percentage still holding on to the old Democrat victimhood preachings to cause problems.
America for the most part doesn't owe anyone anything. its a land of oppurtunity, either stand up , be respectable and earn a living without the affirmative action or honorary advancement in school or any of the reverse descrimination practices, OR you can accept the fact your going to be a victim all your life...complements of your own ignorance.

Barack Hussein Obama,Jr. is a fraud, a pathological liar. The only known information about this closet Muslim, is conveyed by Hussein Obama, which should raise your suspicion if you have an investigative mind. Hussein Obama refuses to honor our American flag and will not display his respect for flag and country in public. Source: TIME, October 1,2007 edition. Hussein is definitely racist meaning he will give preferential treatment to Blacks at the expense and burden of other U.S. citizens. Hussein continues to lie about receiving money from lobbyists, and claiming he never kept records during his 8 years in the Illinois legislature. If you have been in touch with the real world and reality, you should discern quickly, Hussein Obama will not be impartial. He is a good polly-parrot, copying the ideas, plans, and brainworks of Hillary Rodham Clinton and John Edwards. Thus far, Husseins' speils are empty rhetoric, meaningless political platitudes offering no detailed plans or solutions on the changes he intends to make. John Edwards, a brilliant former U.S. senator with six full years of experience, an outstanding lawyer who has won major battles for the common working class citizen, has detailed plans of substance, endorsed by Krugman, New York Times, and highly respected by Ralph Nader. Wake up citizens, the fraudulent candidate does not represent your interest.

NO !!!!---- Given Obama's background & his self-proclaimed membership in the Black Separatist Trinity United Church of Christ it would be virtually IMPOSSIBLE for Obama to represent ALL people EQUALLY.---Obama & many of his supporters have ALWAYS EMPHASIZED his BLACK ROOTS & DEEMPHASIZED his WHITE ROOTS. --- Does anyone believe that Oprah Winfrey, Will Smith, Denzel Washington, Forest Whitaker, Tyra Banks, Chris Rock & Eddie Murphy ( ALL of whom NEVER endorsed ANY Candidate in ANY prior election ) are also suddenly & " impartially " endorsing Obama NOT just because Obama is Black ?????

Yes he can. He's not a racist.
You didn't like my little poem, so you reported me. You claim your man supports the Constitution, but you certainly don't want me to have my First Amendment rights, do you?

I would have to say that these statements certainly would make for fodder in the Presidential race against any republican. These kinds of statements are going to be hard to explain.
If a white candidate had made these statements, they would also be called for explanation.

These quotes are taken out of context of the books they are in. Not to mention they say nothing AGAINST whites they only state that he has pride in his heritage. Nothing wrong with that in my book. You keep pestering us with your agenda posing as "questions". I have zero concerns that Obama is a racist. You on the other hand....
