At my house we always exchanged family gifts on Christmas Eve. night after Christmas Dinner, and then woke up the next morning and opened Santa gifts...(mostly b/c of our hectic schedule on Christmas Day)

Well, my family always opens them after everybody wakes up on Christmas morning. It's exciting to have to wait a whole night knowing the next morning presents would be waiting under the tree. Everybody is different though. Like my best friend, she goes away every christmas to her hometown, which is in another state. She comes back 1 or 2 days after Christmas and then opens them. I know of people who open presents Christmas Eve, and some who wait until New Years, and some who wait until the exact time of Jesus' birth.

hope i have helped you! happy holidays! (:

Technically you're supposed to open your presents on Christmas eve but now people are opening the presents on Christmas Day and exchanging those gifts on Christmas eve and Christmas day you open all of the gifts the gift that you got from the people that exchange gift from you and from Santa to.😊

Open presents on Christmas Morning. When you are all rested, get your family up, gather everyone around the tree and start handing out presents to people.

It's tradition to open them all on Christmas Morning. But some families open them on Christmas Eve, but that doesn't make sense because Santa doesn't come until later that night. ;P

You can't open them until Santa leaves them and he doesn't get there until late at night or maybe even early in the morning.
How can you tell your kids that Santa is making his deliveries Christmas Eve night and open them before he comes

So you should open the gifts at christmas morning or day

GoodLuck :) Happy Debating

I prefer opening presents at Midnight for adults (with no kids around), also known as Noche Buena, because Santa is busy for all the young kids' presents.

For kids, when they wake up in the morning of Christmas, so then you can sneak presents, and stuff the stockings when they are sleeping, and eat the stale cookies they left for Santa, St. Nick, what ever his name is to you.

Happy Holidays
