Hello HM, I usually look on the label and see how much sugar and other stuff it has in it. Sometimes, the less expensive brands are good, but I do check the labels. I usually add some ingredients at home anyway to give it a more "homemade" taste.

I love trying the different kinds they have nowadays. I like Classico Sun-dried Tomato especially. And Paul Newman's (Newman's Own?) are good, and he donates all the proceeds to charity.
