im constantly being called names by the the one guy in my school, and its driving me crazy. I know i can ignore him but its really annoying, and i dont want to complain about him to the head of year because i know i can do better.The problem is that im afraid to go out and my self confidence is shattered. Please help me

I can sympathize. When I was in school, there was one guy who followed me home from school every day muttering obscenities under his breath, and who grabbed my breasts every time he found me in a place where no one else was around. I was terrified of him. Years later, I mentioned it and my mother said, "Why didn't you tell me? I knew his mother well!" That was basically WHY I never said anything, but I wish now that I had.
My suggestion would be to basically ignore him. If you respond by getting upset, he will just keep doing it. Don't say anything - don't turn around, nothing. Then, when he keeps it up, you can say, "Oh, were you talking to me? I'm sorry, my name is _____. I don't respond to anything else." Then just let it go and ignore any other attempts. If he doesn't get a response, he will soon stop.

okay, I think ignoring the guy will totally make it worse...and ignoring your problems never help anyway. So the next time that this guy says something to you...turn around and look him up and down with a disgusted look on your face..and say "wow, that's mature." and then just turn around and walk away like you own the place.

i hela disagree wit neniaf..... at least the second paragraph... dont be all cocky and b*tchy and say i dont respond to anything else... dat wil just make u look like a lil wimp and u think u all dat....
when he calls u a name again just playfully call him something else thats insulting.... im guessing he is just playing wit chu.... if he is serious then u can get serious wit his a$$ also and start a big a$$ fight..... just give him a lil push when no ones loooking and when he fights back someone will look and think he started it.... good luck bruh hahahaahahaha

Sounds like abuse. It is a felony to abuse someone. End it, call the police. It sounds like stalking. MAKE him back off.
