Hey ! I'm havin quite the time choosing between these two outfits. I'm kind of leaning towards the black jeans and red top, but my mother insists on red jeans and black top. I'm going to my new boyfriends place for dinner and I'll be meeting the entire family. He's told me all week that the one persons approval I should be worried about is his grandmother, so I've done my best to keep my skin covered and still look cute :P Umm, I'll most likely be tying my hair back with a red ribbon, and I'll be wearing a silver diamond necklace. I have until 7 to decide! Pleeeease help me out :)

Is your mom nuts? You look like a streetwalker in the red pants!
I'm 55, close to the age of the woman you want to impress. DO NOT WEAR THOSE RED PANTS.
And pull up that top under the white sweater. I tell my own girls about your age that too, forgive me.
Oh, and remove this question and especially your photo after tonight would be my advice. You are a pretty blonde, as are some of my daughters, and the type to get stalked. My 13 year old blonde was very nearly grabbed by 2 men in a white truck, she has long legs and a pretty face too. So I'm a lot more careful these days, I know there are sociopaths out there. what would i have done if those men had gotten my daughter? It just gives me the shivers when I think about it, which is once a month at least. So you be careful, there are some terrible men out there.

Ok, I dont care what all these other people said. Your mother is right. First of all, its Christmas eve. The first outfit although you look beautiful, your jeans look worn out and casual. Not appropriate for a holiday dinner. The second one with the red pants looks a lot more dressy and its a holiday. You did not look in anyway a street walker in the red pants. You looked dressed up, cute, and festive for Christmas. You are a gorgeous girl and definitely!!!!! wear the red pants with confidence.

Basic black is always "safe" in about any situation, and I suggest making the jeans black because they will predominate over whatever color you wear under the white sweater. Good luck with Grandma!

um, DEFINITELY go with the black jeans and red top.
While the red jeans don't look slutty, they do look A BIT racy and if it's his GRANDMOTHER you're trying to impress, I'd leave them at home. They're cute, though! Just not my choice for meeting my bf's grandma.

I wore an outfit almost the same as the first one, and his family loved me.
