Could it be China is Bordered by 4 Countries

or something similar

maybe its C = 1/2 bc if c * 4 *b=c c*4=2 and b=1/4 then it would make sense (1/4*4(1/2))

I dunno if i understood but C=B*4
This equation cannot be resolved coz we have two unknowns for an equation so i ll admit B=2 2nd letter of the alphabet (it s just a theory)
so C=B*4=2*4=8
