I pressure washed my driveway but the oil stains won't go away. Is there any way to remove them?

Guys - this is an old stain from the previous owner. Has to be at least 4 years old. Thanks.

Out of courtesy I will extend the question and reward the 10 points to whom who's remedy works... fair?

Pour-n-restore is the best stuff for oil that has soaked into the concrete for a while...buy online or some hardware stores carry it. May have to repeat the treatment a few times to get it all out. Most other products just remove the surface oil and won't soak down into the concrete to clean it all out especially concrete that hasn't been sealed.

Get some stuff called "666". We used to use it in gas stations. All the grease and oil from the under the lifts would come right up. Just hose it off. Wear gloves. Really. And shoes you don't need. With no holes in the bottom. Don't go back in the house with the shoes.

With weathering, the stains will eventually fade away. If you have already pressure washed it, then that's enough. Life is too short to worry about it -- unless of course you are staging your house hoping for a sale.
Try not to park leaking cars on the drive -- or push something under the cars to catch the oil while they are parked there.

First of all Lowes and Home Depot carry a bunch of products to remove concrete stains....my best luck, pour powder laundry detergent all over the oil stains and leave it on dry for a few hours then lightly put water on it and scrub with a broom.....then pour a little gasoline on it with laundry powder mixed and rub it in and scrub with a broom......get my driveway clean as a whistle.....

We used to get cheap, new cat litter , spread it over the oil spot and grind it into the oil spot with a brick and after awhile it will go away.

Some people use WD-40. The hardware store might have a detergent that works, too.
