When preparing chicken, I tend to take the skin of it before cooking it. However, doing this leaves my hands greasy. Regular soap doesn't take this residue away well. Dish detergent does for the most part help but it is too strong on my hands. What do you use?

I use Dawn liquid detergent. They have a product in a pump bottle that puts out a foam. I use this and sometimes grab a dab of kosher salt for extra scrubbing. Obviously keep the cleaning salt separate from your cooking salt (YUCK!). When the pump bottle is low I squirt regular Dawn in it and add water.

I use dishwashing soap. I have a bottle of hand lotion by my sink to moisturize after I use it.
