Did you period start or end two weeks ago? How much time do you usually have between the start of one period and the start of the next one?
The average length of time between the start of menstruation and ovulation is 14 days, but it can vary by a lot. The suggested average length of time between one period and the next is 28 days, but that varies a lot too. But the time between ovulation and the start of the next period doesn't tend to vary much, and that is 11-17 days, though for an individual it tends to only vary by +/-1 (mine seems to be 11-13 days).
If your period started two weeks ago, it is most likely ovulation (meaning your egg has just been released) bleeding. Is it mixed with a clear fluid? This clear fluid would be called fertile fluid or cervical fluid, and is what helps the sperm stay alive and swim to your egg, and thus it produced for around 1-4 days before ovulation. Sometimes a quick pain in one side of the abdomen also indicates that you have ovulated.
If your period ended two weeks ago and you're expecting your next one in a little more than a week, it could be implantation (meaning an embryo has attached to the uterine wall) bleeding. Actually, the more important part is whether or not your expecting your period to start in the next week or so.
Neither ovulation bleeding nor implantation bleeding happens to everybody. You can have one and not the other, or neither.
EDIT:
Thanks for the extra info. Started on the twelfth and lasts 28-30 days. That sounds like what the docs expect, ovulating around day 14 since starting your period. So, most likely its just ovulation bleeding.
But if your abdomen continues hurting you should still see somebody about it. Given that you are sexually active, you should be getting a pelvic exam regularly (usually, it's annually).
Also, I found fertilityuk.org very helpful in understanding my cycle. You can learn more about fertile fluid and how to use it or avoid it depending on your goals.

This will be an answer for the young as well as the old, having a period 2 weeks ago or even last week doesnt say that you are not pregnant. Spotting 2 weeks later could be a number of things, pregnant, STD, tubal pregnancy, and/or an ovarian cyst. What I am saying is that having a period is not certainty that you are not pregnant during the time that you are on your period you could be pregnant. What ever your age is contact a doctor ASAP, DO NOT take a home pregnancy test! If you are 19 and under go and confide in your parents right away and go from there. Good Luck to you.

All these pregnancy crises are getting a bit boring. Every body is different, so what could indicate pregnancy in one person may not in another. If you want to know for sure if you are pregnant take a pregnancy test. Better yet, go see an OB/GYN. Did you people every pay attention in health class in 6th grade?

If you're having anything weird going on, make an appointment to see your doctor. This way you'll know for sure that everything is fine.
Good Luck!!

Sounds like you need a doctor to take a look. It could be an ectopic pregnancy or an infection. Either way, you need to be seen!
