It is not political correctness -- it is silliness. Christmas is christmas, Id is id, Diwali is diwali, .... I think it is politically incorrect for not being appreciative of others' festivals, and other special occasions.

Merry Christmas and happy New Year,, HO HO HO, and thats just for starters,, Take all this Political correctness
crap and tell the Liberals and the so called thin skinned
moralist to shove it. This country survied for 200 years without
some bureacrat telling some special interest group OMG. We feel your pain,, and for your vote we will give a cookie.
If your so offended by what someone says, then you need more than Political Correctness to get you through the day,
you need a nurse and damn med cart.. Toughen up America,
There once was an Old addage,,, Sticks and Stones may break my bones, BUt words will never hurt me,,,, Learn to live
by that again. You might find yourself stronger and be able to evolve without Thearapy everyday of your candy *** life.
Once again Its Christmas, SO MERRY CHRISTMAS and HO HO HO.

No. The "attack" on Christmas is largely imaginary. Walk into any department store, anywhere in the United States (and maybe Europe) this time of year and see if any of them are lacking in the Christmas spirit.

It sure looks that way. These days, people are offended by any little thing. Where I work, we are encouraged STRONGLY to not say "Merry Christmas" but to say "Happy Holidays" or "Seasons Greetings" instead. This is done to avoid offending overly sensitive co-workers who may not share the same beliefs.

Hillary will probably insist this unless it effects the economy badly. But to answer your question, Yes it is headed that way. Religion is all about money. If Christ is not NEEDED in CHRiSTmas who knows. It has a head start.

Oh no, the cashier at target said "happy holidays". Evil has truly taken over the earth.
I am going to guess you are unemployed, since most people with jobs don't worry about such pointless bullshit.

I think ulitmately, the real story of Christmas is going to be completely washed out by the "Santa" crap. except for committed Christians and in their Churches.

I wouldn't put it past today's government. They've jailed a woman for calling a teddybear Mohammed, told nurseries to stop singing Baa Baa Black Sheep because it might offend Blacks, and turned "spider diagrams" into "shower diagrams" because it might offend spiders. WTF?!

No, it won't and it shouldn't. And I say that even as an atheist that doesn't celebrate it. :o)
