Yes I do! After all, when I first stumbled upon Yahoo! Answers, I found Yahoo7! Answers first and one of my dear Christian contacts lives in Australia! To you, dear mairzydoatz, to LadyEagle7 ("down-under") and to all the rest of my Christian contacts, I wish you all a blessed Christmas!

I know for those of us that live in the colder climate, it is hard to imagine having a barbecue during the winter and even going to the beach for some sun.

What is even funnier, is a friend at work insists the earth is leaning towards the sun in the winter and away from the sun in the summer!!! SAY WHAT?!
Australia would NOT be HOT in December if such were true!!
Hey he was going to look that up on the 'net as proof, never heard back from him!!! LOL!

That would certainly have it's advantages and disadvantages. It would certainly be better driving weather for those who drive long distances during Christmas. And I love warm weather and the things that can be done outside in summer. I've never been a big fan of cold weather and icy conditions. We are just so conditioned to think of snow and cold at Christmas that for most of us, it just wouldn't feel like Christmas if we celebrated it in the summer. Merry Christmas and God bless!!

Ugh, I'd hate to have a hot Christmas. I'm used to their being snow on the ground, below freezing and having a fire going in the fire place. But to each his own, I guess.
