I got a dream that there was this girl, about twelve going down a path in the snow. A girl about 6 (suposedly her sister) following her and she stops and asks "Has anyone ever walked down this trail before?" the 12 year old answer "Nope" Then the little girl asks a different question " then why is the trail here?" Older girl "Magic" The little girl "Why are you walking down the trail" Older girl " We need to get away from father!" The dream goes from a different view now and you can see there small farm house with 5 men working. "won't dad see us?" the little girl asks, but its too late, One of the men see's them. "Hey Jerry!" He calls "Aren't those your daughters?" There father comes out of the house and comes running after them. The view changes again, and this time you can see a fence and a gate, "run" the older girl shouts. They run towards the gate and open it, they seemed to have been followed by a 10 year old boy....

Not quite sure what it means to be honest. However doesn't seem or feel finished. Is there anything that gives you a clue as to maybe a time frame?Meaning something that would suggest what year or maybe even clothing that gives you an idea as to what era it is occurring?
It could be a past life remembrance perhaps or maybe even a memory given to you by someone.Such as someone like a parent perhaps a story of their past has given your mind this picture?
It could be a few things....
I say keep writing it down eventually it will be complete.Mayhaps its a story your mind has created and you are meant to tell?
Just Some Thoughts,
M.G
You can get dream books from Barnes And Noble or any place that sells books.I would also suggest you get a dream journal to write it down each time you have it.With every dream though it seems repetitive there are always subtle differences and those differences no matter how small will always have some meaning to help you better understand what your mind ios trying to tell you or teach you....

Sounds deep...What are the men working on? Is Jerry your Dad's name and do you think the 10 year old is following the 12 year old or the 6 year old or both? I suppose I'm not much help in dream reruns.

with dreams my dad always says that they can be a few different things: god trying to tell you something, or a spirit that you are picking up on, or just a dream, or your subconcious trying to work out a problem.
he always tells me to write down, or tell him how the dream made me feel...as in ...sad, happy, scared, etc.
and then try and interpret the dream my self..like what do i think it means and why.
he also said i should write down or tell him what is going on around me such as family, friends, any big events or stressful situations, everything.
then look at that and work it out if you can.
and if you think you need a dream interpreture book, they have those too, but i find that the answer is with in yourself, and that you should follow YOUR gut feeling, not a book about dreams.

Strange place for this question! However, it must mean that something of that sort is on your mind, possibly that you're identifying with something you've read and/or that you want to get away from home. It also sounds like part of a good story that you should write!

Well I can see where your problem is,that's not a dream, that's a nightmare from the tails of the 5 hills.

For me, it continues or I forget about it. Last night, I dreamt that I was playing piano with a table and music was coming out of the table. Apparently, I was playing an arranged version of 'Rudolf the Re-Nosed Reindeer.'
