because i have this one guy i like and i was gonna try some new make-up to get his attention, but i've re-thought it and was wondering if guys even like make-up on girls...please answer!

Depends on you, the guy, and the makeup.
Firstly, only wear what feels comfortable.
Secondly, don't wear it if someone tells you to.
Thirdly, Accent your best features; eyes, lips, cheeks ect
My boyfriend hates it when girls wear loads of makeup, you know when you see those girls with tons of orange foundation that looks like they've used a shovel to put it on.
I don't really like wearing foundation, so when I do wear it I blend it in over spots or my nose if my clearasil makes it go shiny. But I wear liquid black and silver glitter eyeliner and lip gloss. I focus on my eyes because they're a really strange colour, or my lips because they're quite full, but you've just gotta go with something that you feel looks good and says you.

ok I'm a girl so this might not be too helpful but in my experience there are a good few boys who don't like makeup, but that usually means they don't like it when its obvious a girl is wearing makeup. If they can't tell its there for sure and it makes you look better go for it. Keep in natural and in neutral colours (browns, beige's, pinks etc.)
But they usually aren't big fans of lip gloss cos it looks ''like gue'' and tastes bad. so maybe just a tiny bit of Vaseline on your lips.

I think it all depends on how the makeup is applied and the results you get. I don't think anyone finds it attractive when someone looks like they have over applied something. I think makeup can be beautiful when used to enhance what one already has.

It depends on the girl. Most look better with some make up, but there are a select few who look better with no make up. Whatever you do, don't put too much on. It looks ridiculous.

to get a guys attention, okay i'm no guy but i get guys (easily) but having confidence going up to them and talk to them. that's it and most guys i know like make up but not to much neutral i guess. if you want this guys attention go up to him.

No, because natural beauty is the best however, depending on your skin, sometimes some coverup is needed.

most of my guyfriends have said the same thing, not to much, or none at all is best. you dont want to look like a clown.

If it covers something up or makes you more conversational, yes. If not, don't bother for him.
