I am fixing Virginia ham , but I,m also fixing some capons so that I,ll have something to go with the oyster stuffing. Also I,m doing scalloped potatoes instead of mashed for a change.

Going round my daughter's. They are all vegetarian. My first Christmas without the big T.
How did I go so wrong in rearing her?
I hope the nut roast is good enough to write home about. And the roasties had better be good.
