That's a difficult question, as most really good restaurants are not chain restaurants.
Totally depends on personal taste.

Usually Chinese restaurants,sometimes buffets are good,especially ,when you have a lot of people with you,they can pick & choose what they really want. And it is pretty immiadate. that makes it much more enjoyable for everbody. Chuckee Cheese . or Pizza Hut just a regalar place such as Denny's or The Outback. The best thing to do ,would be to ask her,where she would like to go on her birthday...It's her special day. ............. Good Luck! & Have Fun !

if you're looking for chains, and since you guys are more of a young crowd, i would say that Chili's sounds the best. it has a great atmosphere and is more of a fun type place. also i think it has good food that isn't too complicated. i hope i helped!
