Please visit my website authenticforum.com
Post up the photos of the jeans and have our experts first verify that they are counterfeit.
You do not have to prove JACK to the seller, forget about the seller.
Paypal will require you to provide a letter from an expert 3rd party stating that they are not authentic. Our site is to my knowledge the ONLY place that will write these letters of authentication (the only place on the web that Paypal will accept), almost all stores will refuse to put anything in writing, and Paypal knows it, and tries to make it as hard as possible to get your money back. We provide this authentication service 100% FREE

Honestly, buying fake bags are fine. However you need to think like a real buyer. Ex: If I was really planning on purchasing a LV bag for $2,150 I would want to know about craftsmanship. So go to the LV website and look it up. It will tell you all about pattern match, inside stitching, thread color, zipper line up etc (The things that serious buyers would consider.). Once you've learned all about the craftsmanship you can start looking for the closest knock off. ( Keep in mind no knock off will match perfectly.) Happy Hunting!

Take photos of the part that proves they're fake and compare it to photos of the real thing, or otherwise show how/why they're fake.

That is easy. Contact the manufacturer of the genuine article, they will be more than happy to help you out. They will want to who is selling the fake items and where they got them. They will be very grateful for your cooperation.

Go to the website for the Manufacturer. Look for the markers that make it a real, then check yours to see if they have them.
Or call a store that sells them and ask them to look at them to confirm (get the name of the manager or clerk, should you need a witness).

Look, if they say that they are real, confront them yourself and tell them to prove it. If they have no evidence and confess that they are fake, ask for your money back or sell them. If they are real, wear them around and ENJOY!

Seen many of these claims in small claims court. It may be your last resort.
Fake will have different stitching, etc.

i dont understand how jeans can be fake or real. either they're jeans or they're not.... so i dont know how you'd prove they are fake, unless they are not jeans.
