ive lost my car keys and only have one set , i have been on to citroen and have been told it will cost £100.00 to replace do anybody know if i can get my key from anywere else.i do need to get it chiped so its not just a case of a key only. thanks

any good locksmith / key cutters/car accessory shop should be able to supply & cut a chipped basic key but it will not have the buttons on it to operate the central locking ect usualy citroens are supplied with 2 proper keys & 1 key as described above Unfortunatly if you have no key as a pattern & have not got the key number (found in your car owners manual) Citroen are your best bet

i would get the key from citroen, as it would save the hassle if the 'cheaper' key didnt work and accept the coding,
