There are none. This is because it is not enough to just deposit money with a debit card since it is not cash. Stocks require that funds be deposited which have no chance of non-repudiation (which means that you cant contest that you made the transaction). Also to minimize potential money laudering, banks and brokerages will not accept anything but traceable funds to a bank account.

You state that you cant deposit via check. I cant understand why, but if thats your position, you could always send them a money order or a bank check.

So stop looking for a debit card stock broker. The laws prohibit funding accounts from that type of account.

Good Luck

PRE-PAID DEBIT CARDS ARE NO WHERE TO BE ACCEPTED BECAUSE SOURCE OF FUNDS NOT KNOWN,,,ESPECIALLY AFTER PATRIOT ACT...MY ANSWER REFERS TO checking account debit cards in 50 states.

also commercial banks like bank of america will give you free unrestricted trades as long as your combined account values are over $25,000. combined meaning checking + savings + money mkt + cd or any stock trading acct or any combination of them to total over $25,000. then for no cost you can transfer money between the accounts online. for example if you have your cash sitting in a money market acct and you buy $1000 worth of stock, you can move the funds from your mm acct to your stock brokering acct online on settlement day (pymt due date). very good deal.everything's in one place economical, efficient and convenient.
